Halfway down each of the watchtowers, you'll find unlit braziers - light them all with your Flame spell. To collect the sixth tablet, head to The Old Watchtowers and look for the six watchtowers that are just off the edge of each path. You will need to lead all 7 of these ghosts into the large key-faced statues, which are often located along the main paths, not too far from the location of each ghost. So to continue completing the requirements needed to unlock the true ending in Death's Door, you'll need to collect a total of 7 Ancient Tablets of Knowledge. Now that it's night, you’ll notice quite a few changes across the different regions in Death's Door. From here, strike the bell and watch as day now turns into night. Once you reach the Belltower, use the key to open the gate and climb to the top of the tower. Now that you have the Rusty Belltower Key in hand, it's time to head to the Belltower, which can be found in the Lost Cemetery, just Northwest of the Door or just slightly north of the Mausoleum that you use to reach the Estate of the Urn Witch. You can find the key in the same location that you defeated the final boss - right near the middle of the room. Once you have beaten Death's Door, return to the Hall of Doors - Reaping Commission and collect the Rusty Belltower Key.
